Amanda and Jackβs intimate September wedding at Big Cedar Lodge was a perfect blend of summer and fall vibes. Their transitional early-fall wedding flowers featured earthy tones like mustard roses and mums, paired with vibrant coral ranunculus and spray roses to reflect the changing seasons.
The Planning Process
September is that sneaky month where the weather canβt quite decide: is it still summer, or is fall moving in? Amanda and Jack totally embraced this seasonal tug-of-war in their wedding florals, making it a central theme for their big day. They chose rich, earthy tones with playful pops of coral and salmon to bridge the gap between summer and autumn. Mustard roses and mums gave a nod to the cozy vibes of fall, while vivid coral ranunculus and spray roses held onto the last rays of summer.
βIt truly was a joy working with both Stephanie and Alex! Not only did they go above and beyond really taking the time to listen and understand our floral vision but their attention to detail, creativity, and artistic guidance can not be praised enough. They totally βgotβ what we wanted and then even went beyond our expectation. It could not have turned out more beautifulβ¦β

The Big Day
The couple said βI doβ at The Chapel of the Ozarks, overlooking the breathtaking Table Rock Lake. Instead of traditional aisle petals, we crafted a horseshoe shape of flower petals where Amanda and Jack exchanged vows. To make things even more special, their moms sprinkled the final petals to complete the circle during the ceremony. Such a sweet, symbolic way to include their moms in the moment!
Originally planned as a large gathering in 2020, Amanda and Jack had to scale back their guest list due to COVID, but the result was nothing short of magical. With just one long, flower-covered table for their nearest and dearest, the intimate setting was pure charm. And letβs not forget the dreamy reception at The Worman House, with its beautiful patio and a gorgeous fountain as the backdrop. We went all out with a lush floral installation at the base of the fountain, creating a super romantic setting where guests danced the night away.
