Next two weeks
We’ll schedule a phone or in person meeting to chat with you about your wedding dreams. Then we’ll put together a custom proposal and mood board for your one-of-a-kind day.
After booking
Have questions or need to make edits? Shoot us an email! We know things can change over time, and we’re here to help as plans become more concrete for your wedding celebration.
Six weeks before
We’ll touch base six weeks out to confirm all of the design elements for your big day so we can get all the details in order on our end.
Four weeks before
Four weeks before your wedding we’ll finalize plans for your big day. We place your flower order, and from here everything is locked and loaded.
Wedding week
It’s go time. (The moment we’ve all been waiting for!) We’ll pick up your flowers, prepare all blooms and vessels for their time to shine, and get to designing.
Wedding day
Cue the wedding bells! Today we head your way to deliver that floral goodness. We’ll focus on flowers so you can focus on marrying the love of your life.

After discussing the vision for your wedding, we provide a custom proposal for your review. Our packages start at $3,000. Some considerations that affect pricing for your florals are:

We sure do. For every wedding we charge a delivery and set up fee. Some factors that go into services fees are:
- Size of event
- Amount of on-site set up
- Size of team required for set-up
- Distance to your venue
You can expect for standard service fees to be around 20% of your floral subtotal.
When possible, we really prioritize working with local farmers to get fresh and unique flowers. We love getting to support local farmers and small businesses when we can! We also typically source from our local wholesaler here in Springfield, Missouri.
We take a maximum of 25 weddings per year.
We typically book events 6 months to a year before the date. That being said, we’ve certainly booked clients with a shorter timeline. We appreciate at least 2 months to be able to plan out all of the details and custom order your flowers.
At the moment we’re only taking weddings within 75 miles of the Springfield, Missouri area.
