An Intimate Fall Wedding in the Ozarks | Bois D'Arc, MO

If there's one thing we enjoy, it's celebrating a good love story. Back in September we co-hosted an elopement giveaway to celebrate the launch of Wildly Collective, a wedding styling and coordination company blending the intimacy of elopements with the design and celebration of traditional weddings.

Jessie and Matt were the lucky winners of the giveaway, and being part of their special day was more fun than we could have imagined. Many talented vendors including photographers, videographers, coordinators, stylists, florists, and even a chef came together to give this wonderful couple the intimate fall wedding of their dreams. Local flower farmers contributed the fruits of their labor to incorporate as many local flowers as possible. A variety of berries were in season, as well as mums, dahlias, unique greenery, persimmons, flowering dill, and our personal favoriteβ€”some funky clematis vine that had gone to seed.

Their nuptials took place on a brisk fall day in early November. The leaves on the trees were vibrant shades of amber and yellow, and the cool air made for a perfect midwest fall day.

Intimate Fall Wedding

To top off this beautiful fall wedding, the couple got to steal a few minutes alone on a canoe after their ceremony. They paddled out to the middle of the lake to share a post-wedding toast, then paddled back for their first solo meal (on the cutest bridge) as husband and wife. We created a floral masthead for their romantic ride.
