A Colorful Summer Wedding at The Atrium

Couple twirling in from of their ceremony arbor

When we first spoke with Alexa, her floral vision was a muted palette in whites and tans. As time went on, the couple floated the idea of a bold, colorful palette to complement the summer season for their June wedding. We were immediately on board, and love how this colorful summer wedding came together with a mix of romantic lush roses and playful wildflowers.

For the base of the color palette we selected delicate light pinks and purples, then layered vivid dark reds, oranges, yellows, and vibrant blues to deepen the color story and pack some big personality into their wedding flowers.

This rainbow color palette gave their florals a bright festive feel, and looked so pretty against The Atrium's clean white walls.

The Ceremony

Alexa and Garrett's ceremony took place in the beautiful outdoor space at The Atrium in Branson. Guests sat on wooden benches facing a large hexagon arbor overlooking the beautiful Ozarks landscape consisting of rolling hills and wide open skies. Add some florals, and *boom* you've got one amazing backdrop for the big "I do."

The Reception

Inside, the venue boasts tall ceilings with large vertical windows for a bright and airy feeling in the reception space. Long, family-style guest tables donned glass bud vases filled with colorful blooms, and the sweetheart table featured a lush summery arrangement, with flowers on the triangle backdrop as well. When it comes to flowers in particular, our philosophy is "the more the merrier."

For an additional pop of color in the space, we created cheerful arrangements for the staircase, which made for some very cute photos of the couple. (See below.) The cake got an extra special floral treatment as well, with a garden growing around the front, adding a little pizzazz to the gorgeous textured white cake.

This wedding was such a special one, and we loved getting to create with bold, summery hues. If your wedding dreams include flowers in the colors of the rainbow, you know who to call. We're on it.
