Whether giving or receiving a gift, Queen City Blooms, LLC is dedicated to creating a meaningful and stress-free experience for everyone involved. We pride ourselves in the quality of our gifts, and guarantee satisfaction for you and your recipient. If the gift we’ve sent does not live up to these standards, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make every effort to ensure you’re pleased with our services.
Arrangements ordered via the website will be carefully crafted using the highest quality seasonal flowers and greenery. Special requests for colors and varieties will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The client understands that fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature. Queen City Blooms reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the arrangement will be maintained and flowers of equal or higher value will be subbed in. Queen City Blooms flower arrangements are all unique, and each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season.
Things happen! We definitely get it. Cancellations or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll be in touch to let you know how we can help.
If Queen City Blooms is not able to perform or provide in entirety its contracted services or products for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God,road closures, severe traffic, war, civil disturbances, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit (if applicable) will be returned in full.
If the delivery address is residential, the delivery will be left at the recipient’s door in the event that no one answers. We will not be responsible if the delivery is stolen. We take a photo of every delivery made. We will place the delivery out of the sun if at all possible, and call the number we have down for the recipient to inform them of delivery.
Claim of Non-Delivery
If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24 – 48 hours to investigate the situation. In most cases, it is just a matter that delivery was attempted and we weren’t able to get to the door step, or no one was at the office to accept delivery on the recipient’s behalf. On the rare occasion that we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are not able to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, no matter the reason, Queen City Blooms will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.
If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Queen City Blooms to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
Wedding Invitations and Paper Goods
We ensure that our paper goods are printed at the highest quality. Because digital and printed colors can differ here and there, we suggest ordering an Invitation Sample before placing your full order. Because our paper goods are custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
After we send your digital proofs, submitting an emailed approval gives us the go-ahead to move forward with the printing process. One round of revision is included in the ordering process. Any additional rounds of revision will be billed separately at $35 per round.
