Website Usage

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to uploading or distributing any harmful or illegal content, attempting to access restricted areas of our website, or interfering with the proper functioning of our website.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our website. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy, which can be found here.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our floral arrangements, designs, services, and pricing on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely free of errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to make changes to our products and services at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details and delivery address. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers via the website, and the addition of Check and Venmo for wedding floral payments.

Delivery and Cancellation

We will make every effort to deliver your floral arrangements and designs on the agreed-upon date and time. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events, may prevent or delay delivery. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to rearrange delivery. If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please contact us within [24 hours] prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee.

If the delivery address is residential, the delivery will be left at the recipient’s door in the event that no one answers. We will not be responsible if the delivery is stolen. We take a photo of every delivery made. We will place the delivery out of the sun if at all possible, and call the number we have down for the recipient to inform them of delivery.

Fresh Material

Arrangements ordered via the website will be carefully crafted using the highest quality seasonal flowers and greenery. Special requests for colors and varieties will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The client understands that fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature. Queen City Blooms reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the arrangement will be maintained and flowers of equal or higher value will be subbed in. Queen City Blooms flower arrangements are all unique, and each arrangement is subject to flower availability and season.

Claim of Non-Delivery

If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24 – 48 hours to investigate the situation. In most cases, it is just a matter that delivery was attempted and we weren’t able to get to the door step, or no one was at the office to accept delivery on the recipient’s behalf.  On the rare occasion that we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are not able to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

Rejected Delivery

If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, no matter the reason, Queen City Blooms will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for completed orders. If you are unsatisfied with our products or services, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Indemnification

By using our website and services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or demands arising out of your use of our website, violation of these Terms of Use, or violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms of Use shall be settled in the state or federal courts located in Springfield, Missouri.
