Tara and Trey were originally supposed to be married in the Caribbean, but plans changed after COVID-19 hit. Instead, they had an absolutely stunning intimate wedding on the Fourth of July at their family’s home overlooking Table Rock Lake. While it wasn’t what they had originally planned, the new set-up was incredibly meaningful, beautiful, and heartfelt. These two are so kind, and we loved creating something special for Tara’s love of stars, shimmer, and even a little metallic glitz.

Since the theme of the wedding was “Written in the Stars”, Tara specifically requested golden, shimmering accents throughout their florals. And if the bride wants gold… she gets gold! We incorporated puffs of gold baby’s breath throughout the ceremony installation, and even added pops of metallic roses here and there.

All of the adorable flower girls had gold baby’s breath floral crowns, and completely rocked them along with their fluffy tulle skirts.

Their ceremony took place in the living room of their family’s lake house, and you truly couldn’t have asked for a better view. The scenery was gorgeous, and made for an excellent working backdrop as we built the ceremony installations.

Tara’s bouquet featured dried elements like palms and bleached ruscus, alongside lush blush roses and aromatic eucalyptus. We even made sure the palms had a little bit of a shimmer to them, which was a fun nod to her ethereal wedding dress perfectly adorned with delicate stars.
